CHRISTIAN COACHING

Coaching Within Our Ministry

Coaching is at the heart of Life & Legacy by Design. Whether you’re engaging through a personal coaching session, attending one of our workshops, or participating in legacy planning or ministry development, coaching is woven throughout each experience.

We offer:

  • Individual Coaching – Personalized, one-on-one support for those seeking clarity or direction;

      whether preparing for their own end-of-life or

      supporting a loved one.

  • Family Coaching – A guided space to facilitate meaningful communication and navigate transitions or planning with unity and grace.

  • Ministry Coaching – Equipping church teams to create ministry for those facing end-of-life ---- rooted in compassion and shared purpose.

In each of these settings, coaching offers space for reflection, honest dialogue, and Spirit-led growth. Whether you’re navigating your own journey, preparing your family, or guiding a ministry team, we’re here to help you move forward with grace and purpose."

Christian coaching helps prepare people for life transitions

and offers faith based guidance as individuals and

families navigate emotions, decisions and changes.

The Christian Coach is Called To:
  • Discover, clarify, and align with what matters most to the client—helping them uncover God-given purpose and live with intention.

  • Encourage spiritual reflection and discernment, inviting the Holy Spirit into the process.

  • Support the client’s vision for their life and legacy, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore personal goals and wishes.

  • Empower growth by helping clients identify obstacles, embrace change, and take intentional steps forward.

  • Walk alongside, rather than direct—trusting God’s work in the client and offering guidance that nurtures both grace and accountability.
